Aerosmith Rocks Hollywood Bowl with Star-Studded Setlist

Aerosmith recently wrapped up their second night of the “Aerosmith & Friends: California, Dream On” shows at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. The concert was filled with surprises and a star-studded lineup, including performances from Guns N’ Roses, Heart, and the Black Crowes, among others.

During the show, frontman Steven Tyler addressed some confusion caused by comedian Bill Burr, who had jokingly suggested that these could be Aerosmith’s final performances. Tyler reassured fans, stating, “When the world ends, there will always be cockroaches, dirt, and Aerosmith.” His words seemed to put to rest any worries about the band’s future.

The setlist for the night showcased a variety of collaborations and unique performances. Marcus King kicked off the evening, joining the in-house band, followed by Jerry Cantrell, Tom Morello, and Lzzy Hale. Heart brought back their hits, performing both “Janie’s Got A Gun” and “Barracuda,” while the Black Crowes delivered a set that included songs not played during the previous show.

Guns N’ Roses also switched things up, presenting a completely different set from their first night, featuring the classic “Mama Kin,” originally covered on their debut EP. The headlining act, Aerosmith, performed with John Douglas on drums in place of Dave Grohl and featured Joey Kramer on the iconic “Walk This Way,” alongside Run-DMC.

As the night concluded, the energy remained high with Aerosmith delivering fan favorites like “Dream On” and “Sweet Emotion.” The diverse lineup and memorable performances left the audience buzzing, and while the future of Aerosmith remains uncertain, their presence in rock music continues to be undeniable.
